Stay on track with flexible 15-minute weekly check-ins, available virtually or before your training session. Additional training sessions can be added for just $45 each. Weekly Accountability Check-ins: A 15-minute session every week to review your progress, adjust plans, and keep you on track. If you miss your check-in, we’ll catch up the following week. I’m flexible—just let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Check-ins can be done virtually or before your personal training session.

Personal Training Session: Two (2) 45-minute session per week with personalized guidance to optimize your workouts. Additional sessions can be added for $45 each. Missed sessions must be made up within 30 days of the originally scheduled date.
