  • Free Consultation Call: Before you commit, we’ll schedule a no-pressure call to discuss your goals, experience, and create a personalized game plan. This ensures we’re on the same page before you purchase anything.
  • Location and Time Selection: Together, we will decide on a convenient location (gym, home, or outdoor space) and schedule a time that works for you.
  • Personalized Assessment: During the first session, an assessment will be conducted to evaluate your fitness level and establish your goals.
  • Ongoing Sessions: Regular sessions will be recommended, focusing on your progress and making any necessary adjustments needed.
  • You will receive access to my fitness app to track your goals and progress!
